The Simply Nailogical Shop works with third-party merchandise vendors to products its custom products. Simply quality guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, please contact customer service.

As all products are custom made to order, they are not eligible for general returns or sizing-related returns. When you purchase different items in the same order, depending on where they're fulfilled, they may ship from different locations on different timelines and with applicable shipping fees.

Cancellations

All products are made to order based on the size, colour or specs selected. If you wish to cancel or amend your order shortly after placing it, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order before it goes into production. Once an item is in production, it is not eligible for cancellation or general returns.

Damaged/Quality Issues

Damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund. Please reach out to customer service and include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged or defective area of the product. Make sure photos are taken in a well-lit area, on a flat surface, with the defect or damage clearly displayed. Customer service must be contacted within 30 days of receiving your package to assist with damage or defect resolution.

Refund Timelines

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

This shop accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

Possibly—international taxes and duties are NOT included at checkout. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges upon delivery by the courier. These charges vary by country, and at this time this shop is unable to collect them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment in order for your package to be released and delivered.
